When multiple emergency surgery patients are waiting for care its nice to know that you’re being treated fairly. The On-Time system follows every case on the waiting list by counting down from the wait-time-target that your surgeon has selected. By keeping track of everyone’s wait time the computer builds the wait list in a rational and accountable way. Using these methods On-Time OR makes sure that no one is overlooked.

Dynamic presentation

No more whiteboard. On-Time builds a dynamic representation of the emergency surgery wait list and puts it on secure display. Each registered member of the surgical team can see your surgical care plan and timeline on the wait list in real time - just like an airport departure board. If required, your surgeon, anesthesiologist or surgical nurse team member can call up your virtual surgical care plan and add information or make changes that may be needed. Because the information is entered directly by your care team there is less risk of error and your surgical plan can always be kept up-to-date.

Integrated notification

When it is time for your operation to begin, your entire pre-selected surgical team will get a simultaneous text notification. If a member of your team is slow to respond On-Time lets the desk clerk know about it with a “non-responder alert”. This integrated system of notification means fewer phone calls, better team coordination, and a rapid response.

Every case is color coded by its urgency level.
