Keeping track of all timelines

Since the On-Time system always keeps track of your waitime the system is able to provide decision support to the front desk and to administration. On-Time organizes the waitlist into a medically appropriate order and reminds the desk when your case is due. If your waiting time exceeds your wait time target On-Time will continue to keep track by counting up in red text. This is a unique metric called overdue case time which can be used to optimize resource allocation.
